Information you provide
When you submit a service request, the form asks for your name, phone number, area or ZIP code, pest type and a description of the problem. You can choose not to use the form and call us instead. Please do not include payment-card details or other sensitive records in your message.
Sharing requests with service providers
Information from your request may be shared with an independent pest-control provider so the provider can follow up about availability, an inspection or service options. That provider is responsible for its own communications, agreement and treatment work. See Our Process for how requests are handled.
Website operation
This version of the website does not include a third-party analytics tag or advertising tracking script. Basic technical information may be processed by the website host to deliver pages and handle service requests. External links, embedded maps and other third-party resources may have their own privacy practices.
